Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the recordings you upload. You give takeone permission to store, process (for example to transcribe) and show them to the people you share them with, only to provide the service.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
• Don't use takeone for illegal content, harassment, or to distribute malware.
• Don't try to access other people's recordings or disrupt the service.

Accounts or recordings that break these rules may be removed.

The service

takeone is provided as is, without warranties. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted. Keep your own copies of recordings that matter to you.

Ending your use

You can stop using takeone and delete your recordings at any time, and ask us to delete your account.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
