Billing, answered

Why are prices in rupees?

Payments go through SafePay, which charges in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The dollar amounts are approximate. Whether a card issued outside Pakistan works depends on the card and SafePay.

What counts as hosted transcription?

Transcripts made on takeone's servers, counted by the length of each video. On-device transcription runs in your browser and is free and unlimited on every plan.

What happens to my videos if I go back to Free?

Nothing is deleted. Your videos stay viewable. New recordings and uploads are blocked while the workspace is over the Free limits.

What if a renewal payment fails?

Your plan keeps working for 14 days while you update your card. After that the workspace moves to the Free limits until a payment goes through.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from Plan and billing. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then doesn't renew.

What is Founder Lifetime?

Pro features for one person for a single payment, sold at the founder price to the first 300 buyers. It covers your personal workspace; team workspaces need Team.
